Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes we offer a 3 year craftsmanship warranty on all rings. We'll repair it if anything happens.

How does the custom ring process work?
We follow a simple four-step process:

Step 2 – Design + Quote: We create a design and send you a quote.
Step 3 – CAD Approval: You’ll review a 3D model before we move forward.
Step 4 – Final Creation: Once approved, we handcraft your ring and get it ready for delivery.
Are your diamonds real? What’s the difference with lab-grown?
Yes, lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds—just made with science instead of mining. They have the same sparkle, strength, and structure, but they’re more ethical and more affordable.
